I am an Assistant Professor at
Washington University in the Olin School of Business. I study the interaction between government regulation, business decisions, and the environment. Previously I was the
Morgan Blake Environmental Fellow at the
Harvard University Center for the Environment. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the
University of Arizona in 2009.
